Return & Refund Policy

Overview

We specialize in selling open-box and one-time-used tech products that have been carefully reviewed and tested on our YouTube channel. Every item is fully functional and inspected before dispatch.
However, if you receive a damaged or non-functional product, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or non-functional.

  • You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered, including all original accessories and packaging.


Return Process

  1. Record a Video – Please capture a clear video of the product unboxing and clearly show the damage or fault.

  2. Submit the Video – Send the video with your order ID and contact information to our customer support team.

  3. Receive Return Details – Once verified, we’ll share the return address and return instructions.

  4. Ship the Product – Pack the item securely and ship it to the instructed address within 2 days of receiving the return instructions.


Refund Process

  • You will receive a full refund once we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1–2 business days after inspection and approval.


Important Notes

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons like “change of mind” since products are open-box and used for reviews.

  • Customer-caused damage after delivery is not covered under this policy.

  • Always record an unboxing video to support any return claim.
