About RR Tech Gadgets
RR Tech Gadgets is a small gadget store in Lahore. What we sell is not ordinary retail stock — it is the actual units we have reviewed on camera, sold on once the review is finished, for less than they cost new.
How this works
We review gadgets on our YouTube channels, including Tech With RR, where we buy interesting gadgets from abroad and test them properly on video. Once a product has served its purpose in a review, it has no reason to sit on a shelf. So it comes here, honestly described as open-box, and priced below what the same item costs new in Pakistan.
That is the whole model. No middlemen, no grey-market stock of unknown origin, and no mark-up invented so a discount can be advertised on top of it.
What you can count on
- Tested before it ships. Every unit is powered on and checked when it is listed, and again before it is packed.
- Described as it is. Open-box means open-box. The condition, and anything missing from the box, is stated on the product page.
- 7-day warranty. The warranty covers any issues with the product within 7 days after you receive it. If the product is faulty, you get a full refund.
- Free shipping over ₨5,000. We deliver anywhere in Pakistan through Trax, dispatched the next business day. Orders of ₨5,000 and above ship free; smaller orders pay a flat ₨400.
- Pay how you prefer. Cash on Delivery, card or wallet, or bank transfer — whichever suits you.
- A real person on the other end. Message us on WhatsApp and you get an answer from us, not a bot.
Are the gadgets used?
They are open-box, not used in the everyday sense. A review unit is unboxed, set up, filmed and tested — usually over a few days — then repacked. It has not lived in someone’s pocket for a year. Where a unit shows a mark or is missing an accessory, that is written on its product page before you buy, not discovered afterwards.
Why are the prices lower?
Because the unit has already done its job. It was bought to be reviewed, and the review is finished. What you see here is us recovering part of that cost rather than running a retail margin on top of it, which is why it costs less here than the same gadget sold new in Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched the next business day through Trax and usually arrive in 2–4 days anywhere in Pakistan. Shipping is free on orders of ₨5,000 and above (otherwise a flat ₨400), and Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.
Can I return something?
Yes. If a unit arrives faulty, or is not what its product page described, message us and we will put it right — the details are in our return policy.
