- We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Advance Payments.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message on your provided WhatsApp number or email.
We may contact you for verification before dispatching certain orders.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are shipped via Trax.pk.
- Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (next business day).
- Delivery timelines depend on Trax.pk’s network and destination city.
- Tracking details are shared once the order is shipped.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Since we deal in unboxed gadgets, returns or exchanges are not offered unless:
- The product is incorrect,
- The product is significantly different from its description, or
- The item arrives damaged.
In such cases, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing proof (video/photos).
RR Tech Gadgets will assess the case and guide the customer accordingly.
7. Product Warranty
- Unboxed gadgets may not include official brand warranty unless explicitly stated.
- Any warranty or guarantee will be mentioned clearly on the product page.
8. Accuracy of Information
We aim to provide accurate product details, but errors (pricing, specs, images) may occur.
RR Tech Gadgets reserves the right to cancel an order if such errors are discovered.
9. Limitation of Liability
RR Tech Gadgets is not responsible for:
- delays caused by courier services,
- loss or damage after delivery,
- misuse of the product by the buyer,
- compatibility issues due to buyer negligence.
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Your data will not be shared with third parties except courier partners (e.g., Trax.pk) for delivery purposes.
11. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
