1. Who we are

2. What we collect
When you place an order
- Your name, delivery address, phone number and email address.
- What you ordered, the amount, and how you chose to pay.
- Any notes or messages you send us about the order.
We never see or store your full card details. Card and wallet payments are handled on PayFast’s own secure page; we only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded.
When you browse the site
- Standard technical data your browser sends: IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you viewed.
- Cookies that keep your cart and your session working, and analytics cookies that tell us which pages and products people look at.
If you create an account
Your email address, a password stored only in encrypted form, and your saved delivery details and order history.
3. Why we use it
- To take payment for, pack and deliver your order.
- To confirm the order with you and answer questions about it.
- To handle returns, refunds and any problem with a product.
- To understand how the store is used so we can improve it.
- To keep the records Pakistani law requires us to keep.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
4. Who we share it with
- Trax, our courier, receives your name, address and phone number because a parcel cannot be delivered without them.
- PayFast, our payment provider, handles card and wallet payments under its own privacy policy.
- Google (Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (the Facebook pixel) receive anonymised usage and conversion data about site visits, used to measure and target our advertising.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database on our behalf.
- Government or law-enforcement bodies, where we are legally required to.
5. Cookies and advertising
Some cookies are essential — without them your cart empties and checkout stops working. Others are analytics and advertising cookies from Google and Meta, which let us see which products interest people and show our ads to visitors who have been here before. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the essential ones being blocked will break the cart.
6. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete the account. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s standard retention settings.
7. Keeping it safe
The site runs over HTTPS, admin access is restricted, and passwords are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us and to limit who inside the business can see it.
8. Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your account and its data, where we are not required to keep it.
- Ask us to stop sending you marketing messages.
