Before you message

A few things are already answered in full, and checking first will usually be quicker than waiting for a reply:

• Delivery times, and free shipping on orders over ₨5,000 (otherwise a flat ₨400) — Shipping Policy.
• Something arrived damaged or does not work — Return & Refund Policy.
• Why a price is what it is — Tax Information.

If you are writing about an order, include your order number and the phone number you used at checkout. It saves a round of messages.
