Phone and camera microphones pick up the room, not you. The LensGo 318C Mark 2 is a two-person wireless lapel system — two transmitters and one receiver — so both people in an interview are clipped up and clear without a cable running between them.
Two speakers, one receiver
Clip one transmitter on each person and both channels land in the same camera or phone. It is the difference between a usable two-hander and re-recording the whole conversation.
Works with the camera and the phone
The receiver outputs to a DSLR, mirrorless or camcorder over 3.5mm TRS, and to a phone over TRRS, so the same kit covers a proper shoot and a quick piece to camera.
Enough range to leave the camera behind
The 2.4GHz link holds over a working distance, so the camera can sit on a tripod across the room while you present — no one has to stay within cable length of it.
Clip it on and it is running
Transmitters pair automatically with the receiver at power-on and have a built-in mic, so there is no lav wire to hide if you do not want one. Rechargeable, with no batteries to keep buying.
Small enough to actually carry
The whole system is pocket sized with the windscreens and cables in one pouch — which is the reason it gets used, rather than left on a shelf.
