These terms govern your use of rrtechgadgets.com and every order placed through it. By browsing the site or buying from us you accept them, so please read them before you order. They were last updated on 19 September 2026.
1. Who we are
RR Tech Gadgets is an online gadget store based in Lahore, Pakistan. We sell the units featured on our YouTube channels once they have served their review purpose, which is why they cost considerably less than retail. You must be at least 18 to order, or have a parent or guardian do so on your behalf.
2. Condition of the products
- Almost everything we sell is open-box: unsealed, filmed, and in most cases used briefly for a review. It is not new-in-plastic stock and we never describe it as such.
- Every unit is powered on and checked before it is listed and again before it is dispatched.
- The condition of each item, and anything missing from its box, is stated on its product page. Please read the listing and look at the photographs before ordering.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable tax.
- Prices and stock can change at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you confirm it.
- You can pay by Cash on Delivery, by card or wallet at checkout, or by bank transfer in advance.
4. Confirming your order
We confirm every order by WhatsApp or email using the details you give at checkout. For some orders we will call to verify the address before dispatch. If we cannot reach you, the order waits rather than shipping to an unconfirmed address.
5. Delivery
Orders are dispatched the next business day and delivered by Trax, with a flat ₨400 shipping charge anywhere in Pakistan. Delivery time depends on Trax’s network and your city. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and refunds
Because these are open-box units sold at a heavy discount, we do not accept returns simply because you changed your mind. We do take an item back when it arrives damaged, does not work, is the wrong product, or differs materially from its listing.
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and send an unboxing video showing the problem. Our Return & Refund Policy sets out exactly what is covered and how a claim works.
7. Warranty
- Open-box units usually carry no official brand warranty. Assume there is none unless the product page says otherwise.
- Where we do offer a warranty or a checking period ourselves, it is stated on the product page and it is what applies.
8. Mistakes on the site
We try hard to get prices, specifications and photographs right, but errors happen. If we find one after you have ordered we will contact you, and you can either accept the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel an order affected by an obvious error.
9. Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge any time before the parcel is handed to the courier — just message us. Once it has shipped, it is covered by the Return & Refund Policy instead.
10. What we are not responsible for
- Delays inside the courier’s network once a parcel has left us.
- Loss or damage that happens after you have accepted delivery.
- Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repair, or use outside the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Compatibility with your own devices, where the listing did not claim it.
In any case, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
11. Your information
We collect your name, address, phone number and email only to process and deliver your order and to talk to you about it. We share your delivery details with Trax because they cannot deliver without them. Our Privacy Policy explains the rest.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that governs it, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute falls to the courts of Lahore.
