Kids give up on drawing when the result looks nothing like the picture in their head, and plenty of adults never tried again after school. The A4 LED Tracing Light Pad takes the guesswork out: put a picture underneath and a blank sheet on top, and the outline shines through for you to trace. This unit was filmed on camera and inspected before listing, which is why it costs less than new.
Even with no drawing skill, our reviewer traced a lion with an ordinary gel pen and liked the result better than the printed original, so that practice builds confidence instead of frustration. Three brightness levels suit thin or thick paper and are easy on the eyes. The smooth acrylic surface is pleasant to draw on and is also good for calligraphy, stencils and craft patterns.
Two honest notes from our review: it charges and runs by micro-USB, not USB-C, and an A4 sheet fits, but only just. The centre of the panel is the part to avoid pressing hard on.
